OOTD: Brooches and Oxfords

Happy almost end of the weekend.
Ho-hum.

Sundays are one of my least favorite days because I can feel the work week creeping up. It's like a waiting day. I try so hard to enjoy it and most of the time I do, it just kind of makes me sad.

I really love the weekends, but I am planning on making next week a good one, so bring it on.

Here is an outfit that I wore last week that I was happy with. I had a very frumpy week last week. I am thinking that I need to start taking my vitamin B12s again... they really help put the pep back into my step.

Classic Blogger pose.

Cardi: Really old Target
Skirt:Really OLD, Old Navy
Tank: Torrid
Seamless Leggings: Torrid
Oxfords: Torrid
Brooch: Thrifted
Belt: Torrid
Bracelet: Thrifted

I really love vintage inspired looks. I can not say it enough, but I really love the lady like and vintage inspired styles that are big right now. I love dressing lady-like, I have never really been a tom-boy. I may be a little granola/dirty hippie sometimes... but never a tom-boy.

Welp, that is it for now. One of my favorite movies, 500 Days of Summer, is on right now and I can watch that over and over again. Here is to a Sunday!

Have a great work week lovelies!!

Oh and one more thing! I wanted to share my favorite holiday pics with you!

Christmas Day, dinner at my parents. No, this does not describe what we were feeling at their house. It describes how we felt while listening to my uncle tell us all about something random and my brother talking about comic books.

Two parts of the gift that was given to my special needs uncle. (He loved it. We got him the porno parody of The Dukes of Hazard.)

NYE: Party at our house with some friends. Don't I look festive sitting next to our TV with the Yule Log playing in the back ground?

  3. I completely agree about Sundays. It's the precursor to a long work week! But as soon as I wake up to Monday, i'm thinking about Friday! (:

    And those oxfords are rocking!
I totally feel what you mean about Sunday. As much as you want to enjoy it, it's a sad day because you know work is right there around the corner.....
BUT, next weekend will rock! Can't wait to see what you are up to! :)
